You can go to Chinchilla of Montearagon, a beautiful town with a medieval castle. Visit Alcalá del Júcar for activities on the Júcar river and its artificial beach, gymkhanas, canoeing, rafting, etc. The city of La Mancha is 20 minutes from Albacete with its museums, restaurants, parks, and shops. At 350 m from the house is a public swimming pool. You have to pay extra cost at the entrance to use the swimming pool. The villa used to be an old mill and has the original features of a Spanish 'palace'. It offers a dining room with a piano, a music room and a library. The wood for the fireplace is on request and at an additional cost.
