The property's common exteriors are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the extensive and manicured gardens you will find a large salt pool with dimensions of 10m x 15m and a depth range of between 1.2m and 2.3m. There is also a children's pool for the little ones to enjoy a refreshing swim. Once in the apartment, the balcony is perfect for enjoying a meal or a cool drink with your companions. Due to its location in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The bright interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has AC and Smart TV. The kitchen is independent and has gas stove and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with fan and radiator. The first one is a double, while the second one has two single beds. Up to one person can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower serves the apartment. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area very close to Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province. In the area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Only 4 km away is located the famous beach of La Barrosa, a sandy area of 8 km long that becomes a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can go to Chiclana and make a route through its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire wonderful views of the city. The more adventurous will also find nearby routes to do on foot or by bicycle and where you can enjoy the nature of the area.
