Description: The beautiful and well-kept exteriors of the property are truly an oasis of peace designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a chlorine 12x5m swimming pool with a constant depth of 1m where you will be able to cool off, next to which you can relax while sunbathing on the sun loungers. The interior of the two-storey house offers spacious rooms where you can relax and unwind. On the ground floor there is a living room with AC and Smart TV and is open to the dining room, which has beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need so you can cook independently. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms, all with AC. On the ground floor there are 3 of them: 2 doubles and 1 with 4 beds divided into 2 bunk beds. A toilet and a bathroom with bath complete this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the rest of the bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and another one with hydromassage bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The property is located in an urbanization very close to Estepona, a town situated in an idyllic enclave surrounded by the sea and the mountains that will allow you to enjoy both. Here you will find markets, shops and all the facilities to make your experience unique. Its historic centre is perfect for getting lost while discovering the typical Andalusian architecture and its corners full of colourful flowerpots. While you are in the city, you can take the route of the murals, visiting those facades that have served as a canvas for the most varied artists. Of course, you can't leave the city without having tried some tapas or enjoyed a flamenco show. In a less urban environment, we encourage you to visit the natural areas of the area by hiking, horse riding or cycling, or to enjoy the Mediterranean by diving in its waters.
