The Sierra de Mijas is nearby and has numerous hiking trails, such as the climb to the Mijas peak or the Arroyo de la Virgen route. You can also visit the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Let's not forget the sea, as Fuengirola beach is about 20 minutes away by car.
