The flat is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine, etc. In the dining room there is a sofa table for up to four people, and it forms a whole with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware for the people staying according to the details in the reservation.

We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
