The exterior area of this two-storey house is very beautiful. The floor on the -1 level exclusively features the garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or where you can read a book or listen to some music in peace. On the other hand, on the main floor where we find the accommodation, you have a lovely terrace which is perfectly furnished to organise delicious breakfasts or barbecues while you admire the wonderful views to the fields. Privacy is partial since this is a town house. When you enter you feel the delicacy, comfort, warmth and peace all around. The living-dining room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals all together and then rest while watching the TV and cooling down with the AC. Next you find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and industrial appliances as well as a small island with two stools. the utility room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest, all of them with a closet and one also with exit to the terrace. One has a trundle bed and the other two feature a double bed each -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-. There is a second bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot, a high-chair, three fans and three radiators can be provided. Please, note that the chimneys only are decorative elements. Selva is a lovely charming village well known thanks to its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.
