The property spans two floors. On the main floor, the spacious living room offers stunning sea views, a great spot for conversations or TV. The kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, and all necessary amenities. From here, step out to the indoor terrace, which also leads to the main bathroom with a shower and outdoor stairs to the upper floor. Upstairs, you'll find a second living room with a TV and a cot, ideal for reading or resting. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located here, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. A toilet is also on this floor. The laundry room is on the ground floor, offering a space for children to play while you do laundry.

Son Serra de Marina is a peaceful coastal area with a rocky shore and a beautiful sandy beach at the end. A local restaurant serves meals with ocean views, while more restaurants, bars, and beaches can be found a short drive away in Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.

Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.
