This wonderful house features a chlorine pool and a solarium area with up to 10 sun loungers where you can relax chatting, taking a cocktail or any other drink you feel like, while peacefully admiring the to and fro of the boats, yachts and shore boats sailing through the Mallorcan eastern coast. The pool sizes 5 x 6 metres and its depth goes from 0.80 to 1.80 metres.
