There you will find a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range between 1.40 m and 1.90 m. Around it there are sun loungers, a small chill-out area, a well-equipped terrace, and a porch with a barbecue and a table with chairs to spend great evenings.

The interior of the single-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with TV with satellite channels, leads to the kitchen, which has a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lacasa has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a fan, while the second has a double bed. A bathroom with shower serves the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

The surroundings of this property are privileged, as it is situated in a very quiet area of the village of Llucmajor, but at the same time it is only 30 minutes away from the city of Palma. Llucmajor has a market on Friday mornings and is only a short distance away from a water park. In Palma you will be able to enjoy all the services and entertainment, both day and night, that you desire, as well as sightseeing such as the cathedral, which is the only gothic style cathedral on the sea front. If you want to enjoy the beach, you have several options.
