This terraced house features a nice, 5.30 m x 3.30 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1,70 m. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas and 1 exterior shower. The porch is a lovely corner to have a BBQ with your family. The privacy of this accommodation is partial. The pool area is laterally protected by bushes. In total, the house has 3 floors, the GF, the 1F and the 2F. The latter has a fantastic roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The bright living-dining room is ideal for chats and meals with your family, relaxing while watching satellite TV, or reading a book. The kitchen is open to the living room and is very well equipped, including ceramic hob. The laundry room is located on the terrace and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron, and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and the rest with 2 single beds each on the first floor. Additionally, on the first floor, you will find two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. We can provide 1 crib and 1 high chair for our little guests. The house is 4 km away from the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia, close to the lake Llac Gran. This area is ideal for those who like the beach and the sun. The closest sand beach is only 600 m away and there you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. In Puerto de Alcúdia centre you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, leisure activities, shops and playgrounds for the kids. The enchanting old town of Alcúdia is highly recommendable.
