The area boasts stunning beaches like Cala Figuera and Cala S'Almonia, as well as the natural park Mondragó, perfect for hiking or beach days. The village of Santanyí offers all necessary amenities, and local markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays feature fresh produce, crafts, and more. Note: Guests under 30 are not accepted unless they are families. Passport copies are required for all guests. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. Exterior parking is available for one car. Tourist license: VT/1909. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash upon check-in, varying by season.
