If traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided. The apartment is equipped with three fans and one electric radiator for comfort. Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor, without a lift. If you love the beach, Playa de Xeraco is just a short distance away, offering sand dunes, Mediterranean vegetation, and stunning sunsets. In the town center, you'll find bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The Church of Encarnación and Chapel of Cristo de la Agonía are nearby, as is the historic watchtower of Guaita at the Vaca River, ideal for a half-day trip. Xeraco celebrates Saint Antonio Abad in January and Saint Antonio de Pádua in June. Guests under 25 are not accepted unless traveling as a family. Passport copies for all guests are required. Please note that keys will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station, with coordinates and details provided 3 days before arrival. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.
