The private 8.5m x 5m saltwater pool, with depths from 1m to 1.9m, is perfect for a refreshing morning swim. Spend afternoons sunbathing on six loungers, while children play in the garden or adults relax on the Balinese bed. Enjoy outdoor cooking with a barbecue, and al fresco dining on the furnished porch. For extra fun, there's a ping-pong table and basketball hoop (bring your own ball). With no direct neighbors, privacy is guaranteed.

Inside, the open-plan sitting-dining room is ideal for family time, with satellite TV and DVD for entertainment. The kitchen, accessed through a charming arch, is fully equipped with a gas hob. A laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A double bedroom with a closet and shower bath is on the ground floor.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bath. There's also a bathroom with a bathtub. The house offers four fans and eight electric radiators. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Surrounded by forests, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling, with the Tramuntana Mountains and Puig de Santa Magdalena nearby. Inca, just 3 km away, offers shops and restaurants. Alcúdia’s Bay is 30 minutes away, with beautiful beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, and Playa de Muro.
