Description

On a spacious terrace with neighborhood views, enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious BBQ. If you prefer to stay in, you can sunbathe on two of the four sunbeds, cool off in the outdoor shower, or play ping-pong in the underground leisure room. The fenced plot has direct neighbors.

The living room offers satellite TV, a quiet reading space, or music. The dining area is combined with the living room, and the kitchen, equipped with a vitro-ceramic stove, has all the necessary utensils. A laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, while another bathroom with a bathtub is located on the ground floor. A third bathroom with a shower is in the underground floor. Three fans keep the house cool in summer, and a cot and high chair are available upon request.

Son Serra de Marina, a peaceful village in the north of Mallorca, is perfect for a quiet stay. The area offers a virgin beach, a few beach bars, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. Can Picafort, just 10 minutes by car, has more amenities. Nearby attractions include the scenic coastal path to Colonia de Sant Pere and Roman ruins at Son Real and Necropolis.
