This elegant two-storey house features well-maintained antique furniture. The large living room includes a DVD and CD player, along with a TV offering satellite channels. The dining room seats eight for family meals, while the spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, utensils, and a dishwasher. The terrace hosts a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub and bidet is located on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed. Two rooms have access to a balcony. The upper floor bathroom also includes a bathtub and bidet. There are seven fans throughout the house, plus a cot and high chair for families with babies.

Located near Puerto de Alcúdia, the area offers a beautiful sandy beach and numerous leisure options. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are just a short walk away. You can also enjoy the seafront promenade or take a boat trip to Cap Formentor or Cap Pinar.
