This villa's garden offers a serene retreat where you can unwind in total privacy on this extraordinary island. With eight sun loungers and a Bali bed, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun or stargaze at night. A barbecue area adds to the outdoor enjoyment. Inside, the spacious two-floor layout features charming stone walls. The main floor includes a functional kitchen with a ceramic hob, open to the living and dining areas, making meal prep convenient. After dining, relax with satellite TV. An independent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are three shower bathrooms—one on each floor and one outside for rinsing off after a swim. The villa has four bedrooms: one double on the ground floor, and three upstairs (one double and two with twin beds). All bedrooms include fans, with room for a cot and high chair in some. Located in the rural area of Es Llombards, Santanyí offers beautiful hiking paths and easy access to stunning beaches like Cala s'Almonia. The town has all necessary services, including shops and restaurants. Exterior parking is available for four cars. Pets and events are not allowed.
