This single-storey home boasts gas oil central heating and multiple entrances. Inside, a dining room with large windows showcases beautiful views of the garden, pool, and mountains. The dining area flows into a cozy sitting room with comfortable sofas for relaxing or watching TV. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and dining table. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with a closet: one has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower bathroom, while the others include a double bed and two twin beds, each with a fan.
