Alternatively, you can simply walk a few steps to the beach. A second terrace on the opposite side offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains.

Located on the second floor without a lift, the house has a modern, bright living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a glass dining table. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal indoors. The traditional kitchen with a beachy feel is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the whole house. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, direct terrace access, and space for a cot and highchair, and the second with a sofa bed for a third guest. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board are located on the terrace.

Puerto de Alcudia is a paradise for beach and mountain lovers. The beach is just a short walk away, and the mountains are easily accessible, with the Formentor lighthouse and Sa Talaia de Alcúdia nearby. The area also offers bars, restaurants, shops, and public transport stops within walking distance. For golf enthusiasts, the Alcanada course is 8.7 km away.
