It is the perfect place to spend the summer days, specially after sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers. The property is fenced and there are some neighbours around but they won't disturb you. The interior of this two-storey house preserves a well cared and traditional style. The living - dining room is the perfect place for a long evening listening to some music or watching the satellite TV or a DVD movie. The kitchen also has dining room to enjoy the delicious dishes you'll cook on the gas top or the oven. The laundry room is independent and it features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron. This same floor offers a toilet room, a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and exit to the terrace both of them. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet, air conditioning and space to accommodate up to two baby cots and high chairs.
