Inside this one-storey house of 180 m2 you will find a great open room with the living, the dining and the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower bathrooms and a toilet. The spacious main room is completely furnished and equipped with AC. The kitchen features an induction top and all utensils and appliances to cook during you vacation. You can rest on the sofa at the living and enjoy your meals on the table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The three bedrooms have AC and a closet each. This is a rural house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Artà. The town is about 1.2 km away so it is perfect because you can enjoy the peace of nature while having all services for an independent stay very near: supermarkets, bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious Mallorcan cuisine.
