On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a reading room and a large dining room that offers the perfect space to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. On this floor there is also a kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably; as well as a sink and a bathroom with shower. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to rest, there are 3 bedrooms, all with AC.

This accommodation is located in Santanyí, a charming village known for its crystal clear beaches, stunning natural landscapes, traditional architecture and relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic centre, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps while stopping at a good restaurant where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 5 minutes by car you will reach the beautiful beach of Cala Santanyí, with crystal clear waters and white sand, perfect to spend a relaxing day and enjoy the sun and the sea.
