The spacious living room has a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, and all the essentials. The house offers four bedrooms: two on the ground floor, each with a double bed, and two on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with a double and two single beds, plus access to a private terrace. Situated in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of Sant Joan, the house is just 31 km from the stunning Playa de Muro beach. The nearby town offers all necessary amenities, and its central location provides easy access to many island attractions.

Exterior parking is available for up to five cars. Pets and events are not allowed. The tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash on arrival. Rates vary seasonally, with a reduction after the 9th day.
