Another table at the entrance offers a peaceful spot to read or unwind. A small chapel at the back is available for your use. Note that privacy is partial due to nearby neighbors.

The interior features traditional Mallorcan finca style with stone walls, creating a peaceful retreat. The one-floor flat includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), both with fans, oil heating, and wardrobes, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine is available, and a cot and highchair can be provided for families with babies.

Located in the quiet Son Mesquida area, the property is just 10 minutes from Felanitx, known for its traditional architecture and the San Salvador Sanctuary with panoramic views. Beaches like Cala d'Or, Cala Sa Nau, and Cala Mondragó are only 20 minutes away, and several local wineries offer tastings and tours.

The pool is open until 21:00 in July and August, and 20:00 in September and October. There are cats on the property, but pets are not allowed. Events are prohibited. There is parking for 6 cars.

Tourist license: AG/3. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) is payable upon arrival. Rates vary seasonally.
