This cozy two-storey house offers a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, have a barbecue, or take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool (5.50m x 3.60m, depth of 1.55m to 1.70m). After swimming, relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink on the sun terrace, accessible by exterior stairs.

The house is designed for comfort. On the main floor, you'll find a living room with Smart TV and satellite TV, perfect for unwinding. The dining room is next to the kitchen, which is equipped with a vitro-ceramic stove and all the necessary utensils. There’s also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. This floor has a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with showers.

Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, one with two single beds and three with double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace.
