Then, a couple of steps lead to the dining area and the kitchen, both in the same space in order to cook on the ceramic hob and enjoy your dishes right there. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a closet and and exit to the garden, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom, with a tub this time, in the house. Two fans and the underfloor heating complete the accommodation.

The property is about 4.7 km away from Son Servera, a beautiful town where you will find all you need for your stay. The Port Vell beach is only 1.3 km away and the golf course of Son Servera is 2.1 km away. So this is the perfect destiny near the coast and with lots of entertainment.
