Description

This fabulous residential house offers a great private chlorine pool that sizes 7.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 metres, so you can spend a nice time swimming despite being in town. You also have an exterior shower to wash off and then you can bask in the sun on the 3 sunloungers available. You can also enjoy a succulent meal alfresco at the terrace or the porch.

From the street level, you will access the main floor of the house. Here, you'll find an airy living room with AC where you can watch the TV-sat or listen to some music. It's open to the dining area with the kitchen next. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook, a table with chairs and access to the outside. Then, you have a shower bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Going down the stairs by the entryway you'll find the second bathroom of the house, with a bathtub, and another two bedrooms with AC. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed. All bedrooms offer a closet. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The house features oil central heating. The laundry room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The location of the house is the best. You'll be in the capital but in a quieter area than the town centre, being still near it. In addition, you'll have all services around, and you can go to places on foot, by bicicle, bus, or car, as you prefer. The best thing is that the nearest beach, Can Pere Antoni, is about 3.6 km away and the golf course of Son Muntaner about 3.9 km away.
