The outdoor area of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool measures 4mx8m and has a depth between 1m and 1.85m. The house is located in the quiet area of Son Negre, surrounded by nature and with few neighbours. It is an ideal place for a holiday in a natural environment. The house of 200 m2 is on a plot of 14.700 m2 surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside. Nearby, there are paths for walking or cycling. The village of Felanitx is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more.
