The outdoor area of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool measures 4mx8m and has a depth between 1m and 1.85m. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels; the dining room is independent and can accommodate all the inhabitants of the house. The kitchen has a gas cooker, as well as a fireplace for colder days. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower completes this level. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, two with a double bed each and the last one with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. An outside bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby complete the accommodation. The house is located in the quiet area of Son Negre, surrounded by nature and with few neighbours. It is an ideal place for a holiday in a natural environment. The house of 200 m2 is on a plot of 14.700 m2 surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside. Nearby, there are paths for walking or cycling. The village of Felanitx is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more. Hallo, wir wollen nur ein kleines Lob aussprechen für die wunderbare Finca, in der wir während unseres Urlaubs für zwei Wochen wohnen durften, Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, insbesondere mit unseren kleinen Kindern, Wir waren zwei Familien, jede mit einem Kind (2 und 4 Jahre alt), Der Platz war mehr als genug, Besonders die Ruhe in der Umgebung und auf dem riesigen Grundstück war sehr entspannend,
