Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem tollen großen Pool und einer sehr guten Ausstattung, Trotz der abgelegenen Lage der Finca von Felanitx, sind LIDL, Rossmann und ein Haushaltswarengeschäft nur 6 Minuten entfernt, Der Eigentümer gibt sich große Mühe, sicherzustellen, dass man alles hat, was man braucht und war jeden Tag vor Ort für Rückfragen usw,
