A cot and high chair are available if needed. Just a minute's walk from the apartment is Playa de Gandía, a beautiful sandy beach where you can rent hammocks and parasols, play beach volleyball, try water sports, or enjoy a relaxing walk along the seafront and port, which are full of bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Gandía also offers a fascinating old town with historical monuments like the Ducal Palace, City Hall, and Santa Clara's Convent. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Cueva del Parpalló is a must-see prehistoric site. Tourist License: AT-36668-V Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies, and guests must pay this tax upon arrival. The amount ranges from 0.55€ to 2.2€ per night per guest, depending on the season. The tax is reduced by half after 9 days of stay. Exemptions apply for children under 16. A deposit is required upon arrival. Pets up to 15kg are welcome.
