This accommodation is ideal for two families looking to spend their holidays together while maintaining independence. It consists of two separate apartments—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor—each offering a furnished terrace with stunning Mediterranean Sea views. Please note, part of the ground-floor terrace is a coastal crossing area, so occasional passersby may be seen. Inside, each apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and satellite TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea views. The kitchen is equipped with electric hobs and all the essentials for cooking. Each apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor. For families with babies, a cot and highchair are available. Both apartments also have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sant Elm is one of Mallorca's most beautiful spots, with crystal-clear waters and a protected environment between sea and mountains. The area offers local shops and restaurants, and you can take a boat trip to Sa Dragonera, a protected island and Natural Park, known for its unique flora, fauna, and stunning waters.
