Inside, the house features a kitchen with a ceramic hob and washing machine. The ground floor hosts three bedrooms, all with twin beds and air conditioning. Two bathrooms serve the floor—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies. Upstairs, the spacious living room, with AC and Smart TV, offers a comfortable space to unwind.

The house is set in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by fields, yet Es Trenc beach is only 19 km away. The nearest town, Porreres, provides restaurants, supermarkets, and bars for all your needs.
