The house is in a central location within a development with nearby neighbors.

Inside, the house features a cozy, classic style on a single floor. The living-dining room with satellite TV is perfect for six guests, and the independent kitchen with a ceramic hob offers all the essentials for comfortable cooking. The house also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two with two single beds each. Another bathroom with a shower is also available. A crib and high chair can be provided for babies.
