On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms—one with twin beds and the other with a double bed—both with ceiling fans. This floor also has another bathroom with a bathtub. For families with babies, the house offers a cot, high chair, and stroller, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Just a short walk from Alcanada Beach, known for its tranquil waters and shaded pine trees, the property is ideal for relaxing or swimming to the island.
