A second porch, specially designed for barbecues, offers additional space with a pool table and a ping-pong table, ideal for outdoor entertainment. Additionally, the property boasts a private tennis court, perfect for sports enthusiasts who want to stay active during their stay.

The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors, with a design that combines comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, there are two distinct lounges. The first is a lounge area, equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as satellite television, creating an ideal environment for relaxing after a day exploring the island or enjoying the swimming pool.
