The flat includes a private terrace furnished for relaxing while enjoying lovely sea views. Inside, the bright living-dining room offers a sofa bed for two and a gas cooker, equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing your favorite meals. It's a cozy space for reading, watching TV, or enjoying a DVD with the kids. The bedroom features two single beds and a fan, while two radiators provide warmth on cooler days. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and bidet. Located in Playa de Gandia, the fine sandy beach offers all essential services for a perfect holiday. The three-kilometer-long Nort de Gandia beach features sun loungers, parasols, and a promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. For a quieter experience, visit l'Ahuir beach, known for its dunes and wildlife, ideal for surfing. Explore the historical charm of Gandia, where you can visit the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria, the Ducal Palace, and the Archaeological Museum, or hike to Bayren Castle for stunning views.
