The house has a cozy traditional style, all on the ground floor. The dining-living room includes a fireplace, Smart TV, satellite channels, and a table for six. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and washing machine. There are four bedrooms—two with double beds and two with twin beds—along with two bathrooms with showers. An iron and ironing board are provided, and a crib and high chair are available upon request. All rooms feature air conditioning with heat pumps.

Portocolom is a popular destination in Mallorca, a charming fishing village with all necessary services like supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Cala Marçal, the main beach with white sand and clear waters, is just over a kilometer away. Guests will not have access to the upper floor, which is closed. Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden.
