Description:
A magnificent terrace awaits you at the front of this coastal urbanisation house, where you can enjoy a good coffee, orange juice or a delicious bowl of cereal before setting off for your day at the beach. Downstairs there are two of them with two single beds and a fan, as well as a bathroom with bathtub that serves the floor. Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a second living room with air conditioning. The surroundings are very familiar as the area of Can Picafort is characterised for being a quiet but very lively place due to its great variety of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours by the sea and its long promenade next to the beach, which is only 350 m away. Its kilometres of fine sand and calm, crystal-clear waters invite you to take a dip and enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and jet skiing.
