The porch is equipped with a mobile barbecue and a fully furnished gas kitchen, ideal for outdoor dining. The gardens are meticulously maintained with lush trees, and a children’s play area adds fun for the little ones.

Spread over two floors, the house offers a spacious living room with a sofa, fireplace, and Smart TV, plus a separate dining room for family meals. The cozy kitchen, with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining space by the fireplace, provides everything you need for preparing meals. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and dressing room; and another with two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower. Upstairs, a third bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub is located. There’s also an additional bathroom with a shower near the house. A washing machine is available for convenience, and a crib and high chair are provided for families traveling with babies.

Located in Sant Llorenç des Cardessar, a picturesque village in eastern Mallorca, this house is surrounded by natural beauty. Visitors can explore the 18th-century parish church or hike the trails of Llevant Peninsula Natural Park. The beaches of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, and Cala Morlanda are a short drive away.
