This beautiful house, called Casa Bonnel, is located in a secluded area of 18 houses with a communal swimming pool in the Torre Gran urbanization, about 3 km from the old fishing village of L'Estartit. Today, L'Estartit is a popular tourist destination known for its charming streets, shops, lively port, and beautiful sandy beach with the Medes Islands. Nearby, medieval villages like Pals, Begur, and Peratallada are perfect for dining and strolling through romantic streets, all within a 20 km radius. Casa Bonnel features a garden surrounding the house, with terraces at the front and back, providing plenty of spots to enjoy the sun. The property consists of two floors: the ground floor includes a living room with French doors to the terrace, a kitchen, and a bedroom with two single beds. The first floor has two additional bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and bathtub. The house is air-conditioned on the ground floor.The communal area includes a swimming pool and a playground, with private parking available. Pets are not allowed, and there is no heating. Optional services like baby beds, baby chairs, bed linen, and towels are available for a fee.
