This comfortable house is located in the green and quiet urbanization of Torre Vella, about 4 km from the coastal town of L'Estartit. Once a fishing village, L'Estartit boasts a long sandy beach and the Medes Islands, perfect for sailing, kayaking, and diving enthusiasts. The town's streets lead through a welcoming center with restaurants, shops, and a port worth visiting. If you prefer a pool, the large communal swimming pool at Club Torre Vella is just 100 meters away, with a free entry card provided. Nearby attractions include the Medes Islands for water sports and diving, the bustling center of L'Estartit with its shops and restaurants, and the large communal swimming pool. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) for €45 per animal per stay. Optional services include a baby bed (€3 per day), baby chair (€2 per day), and additional linens and towels for a small fee. Casa Brusselles has two floors: the ground floor includes a living room with a fireplace, television, and French doors leading to a beautiful terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, an oven, microwave, and coffee machine. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and balcony, the other with two single beds—and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Private parking is available in front of the house.Heating is not available, but a wood stove is provided in the living room (wood not included).
