The building consists of only 7 apartments and offers two entrances, one from the promenade and the other from Cap de la Barra street, requiring a slight ascent of about 50 meters. The living and dining area is equipped with air conditioning and heating for comfort throughout your stay. Bed linens are included, and towels can be added for a small fee.
