Welcome to our apartment in Estartit! This comfortable 70 m² accommodation is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people. With its 2 bedrooms and its large 40 m² terrace with direct access to the pool, you can enjoy your holiday in complete comfort.
Our apartment is located in a residential area just 100 meters from the center of Estartit and 300 meters from the sandy beach. In addition, there is a supermarket just 120 meters away and a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
The accommodation has covered parking in the same building for added comfort. It also has garden furniture and a shared swimming pool perfect for enjoying the good weather.
Inside the apartment you will find a warm atmosphere with heat pump heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The open plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.
Sheets are included in the rental price. In addition, you have the possibility to add towels to your reservation for an additional charge of 5? per person. If required, internet access can be arranged by the agency for an additional charge of 10?/day (subject to availability).
