This beautiful detached luxury villa is located just outside the charming town of Tamariu, about 1 km from the beach and the town center. The villa has a 925 m² garden and a private swimming pool with a terrace featuring sun loungers, a large dining table, comfortable chairs, and a barbecue. The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with satellite TV, a fireplace, and sliding doors to the terrace, a luxury kitchen with all appliances, a separate dining room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The first floor has three double bedrooms (all with balcony access), and two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet. The garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are located under the house.
