This is a residential complex with a beautiful common area with 4 swimming pools, two large and two for children (open from June to September!), part of the gardens in the shade of large pines as well as 'direct access to the seaside promenade (exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The apartment has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a kitchen and a renovated bathroom, as well as the dining room with a private terrace which has the furniture of garden and offers a side view of the beach. The dining room is equipped with air conditioning. The rental price also includes a private parking space and Wi-Fi connection. Group reservations made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
