It is a residential complex by the sea with a community area with 4 swimming pools (two large and the other two for children) open from June to September, a pine forest that provides very pleasant shade during the summer months and a direct door to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The accommodation has a living-dining room, a separate well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), three double bedrooms with a total of one double bed and four single beds, and two bathrooms bathroom (one with shower and the other with bathtub). The terrace has garden furniture and offers views of the community area with swimming pool and side beach views. For added comfort, the house has air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. The rental price includes a private parking space. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
