In the patio next to a large L-shaped swimming pool, there is an area with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals outside. The house has on the ground floor the living room with access to the terrace and patio, a large kitchen and a toilet. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor: the main one with its dressing room and bathroom (with bathtub), the second with a single bed, the third with 2 single beds and the fourth with a double bed and a convertible sofa., and the second bathroom with bathtub. The rooms have fans. You can enjoy the tranquility of a residential area and at the same time the beach is only 10 minutes away on foot. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
