This is a residential complex with a beautiful common area with 4 swimming pools, two large and two for children (open from June to September!), part of the gardens in the shade of large pines as well as 'direct access to the seaside promenade (exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The accommodation comprises a living-dining room, a separate kitchen (includes a dishwasher), three double bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and the third with a trundle bed) and 2 bathrooms complete with shower. The terrace overlooking the common area has garden furniture and offers side views of the beach. The rental price includes a private parking space. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
