This is a residential complex with a beautiful common area with 2 swimming pools, one large and one for children (open from June to September!), part of the gardens in the shade of large pines as well as 'direct access to the seaside promenade (exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, a toilet, the dining room and a terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. On the lower floor there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and another terrace. The rental price includes Wi-Fi, parking and access to the community area. Group bookings made up of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
