AT084 Roquer: Semi-detached house in the rocky area of ​​the Els Munts neighborhood, a very quiet area with fantastic sea views. The 4 houses share the swimming pool surrounded by grass and from where you can see the sea. house has access to the swimming pool from the private garden where you can enjoy barbecues with the family. On the ground floor there is the living room, a very well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs we find the 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed and three with 2 single beds each) and another bathroom with a shower. In two of the bedrooms which open onto the terrace with views of the swimming pool and the sea, there are air conditioning splits, as in the living room. In 2 other bedrooms there are standing fans. In 8 minutes on foot along a coastal path, enjoying very beautiful views, you reach La Paella beach (550 m) in Torredembarra. The house does not have a private parking space, but the street is a dead end and normally only the 4 neighbors park. Reservations are not accepted for groups composed of young people between 16 and 26 years old. This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
